Despite being mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086, the house is thoroughly 21st century. Wifi extends throughout the house and gardens. Our in-house butler and chef will take care of you throughout your retreat, creating a menu especially for you and your guests with the utmost in privacy and discretion.

The house is highly accessible, located only 20 minutes from the M5 or Exeter airport, and can accommodate up to 20 guests in our ten luxuriously appointed guest rooms. Why book another tired, sterile conference venue when you can host your executives in a unique, inspiring stately manor?

Ugbrooke has ten ensuite guest bedrooms, fully restored by an international interior designer. Its tasteful original features are complemented by all-important modern amenities.

Rooms each have their own style and personality ranging from grand, stately rooms with antique four poster beds to quaint English twin rooms.

Rooms are available for private parties with a minimum of eight guests for bed and breakfast; other meals are available upon request.
