The Tithe Barn is in an idyllic position on a quiet single track country lane, this detached Grade II listed tithe barn is tucked away next to a church, surrounded by countryside. Sensitively restored to retain much character, it boasts stone flagged floors, open beams and courtyard garden. The surrounding area is dotted with fields, fragrant hedgerows and a network of public footpaths – a haven for walkers and those who love outdoors. Ideally based for exploring – the delights of nearby Barnard Castle (4 miles), Raby Castle, Durham, Weardale, the Lake District are all within easy driving distance.
The Barn features a large beamed living/dining room, spacious modern kitchen area and utility room. There is a twin-bedded room with en-suite shower room and a further two twin-bedded rooms with shared shower room. On the first floor are two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms.
