Kyre Park House, Gardens & Antiques Barn
Kyre Park, Kyre, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, WR15 8RW
Kyre Park is a privately owned house, parkland and gardens, laid out in 1756 by Capability Brown. It is considered one of the finest gardens in Worcestershire since the mid 1700’s.
The park consists of four lakes, waterfalls, a folly and tunnel, a Grade II Listed Jacobean tithe barn (which is now the Kyre Park Antiques Barn & Bistro), a picturesque ruin/Hermitage, garden Cupola, thatched summerhouse and fourteenth Century Norman Dovecote. Although not part of Kyre Park, the adjacent Church of St Mary is particularly charming. The Church is open to the public Thursday-Sunday.
