We would love to welcome you to Kinnaird Castle where two holiday apartments are prepared for guests to enjoy at every time of the year. This historic and magnificent building lies between the Angus Glens and the unspoiled dune filled coastline, just in from the Montrose basin and is ideally placed for exploring the scenery, golf courses and wildlife of the area. It has been home to the Carnegie family, now Dukes of Fife, for over 600 years.

The Macduff Tower
For a family – or even just a couple – who want to treat themselves to a stately stay, this impressive apartment commands wide panoramic views over the Park. Situated on the 2nd floor and incorporating some of the principal bedrooms, there is plenty of space for entertaining a group or you can opt to sit by the log fire and enjoy a little peace, quiet and relaxation. The bedrooms overlook the Park and Castle terrace.
The rooms are incredibly spacious, measuring nearly 3,500 square foot in total and the apartment includes:
- Well equipped kitchen and larder
- Two large en-suite bedrooms, 1 with twin beds and 1 four-poster king-size bed
- Dining room
- Sitting room with log fire and a supply of logs
- Small laundry room

This brand new apartment sleeps 6 people in three very spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large kitchen and living room on the first floor of the castle.

The Lauderdale features the main family bedrooms of previous generations and all of these rooms are extremely comfortable and generous in size. The three bedrooms have spacious sitting areas so you can enjoy time out and desks if you are looking for study time. We hope that you will enjoy the traditional timeless feel we have sought to create in the historic family section of the house.
