Glansevin Mansion
Glansevin Mansion, Llangadog SA19 9HY
The Lloyd (later Pryse-Lloyd) family owned Glansevin from at least the 15thC until 1942, when the Mansion was sold. The house was extensively altered and enlarged in the early 1800s by Nash or one of his pupils. The cantilevered staircase and fine plasterwork survives in many of the rooms. Since 1942, Glansevin has been a family home, a hotel, an outbound activities centre and has provided self catered accommodation in recent years.
