With 5 magnificent state rooms and 17 bedrooms Broughton Hall is the perfect choice for corporate events that are looking for the wow factor. Our nearby Holiday Homes offer additional accommodation for over 100 delegates.

Utopia has been designed by Sir Michael Hopkins and sits within the original Walled Garden that has been re-designed by Dan Pearson. The meetings rooms are equipped with AV equipment and whiteboards on request. There are two meeting rooms to choose from.

Avalon is our state-of-the-art Wellbeing Centre and has two stunning meeting rooms to hire.

Whether you are wanting to come together to deepen inspiration on a particular project or simply wanting to get the best out of your team, then our expert wellbeing guides can work with you to create an event that is unique to your individual goals.

Our workshop spaces are perfect for small or large groups and our beautiful pool suite and relaxation rooms offer inspiring settings to unwind after all the hard work. We have 120 beds across our Sanctuary within the Historic Broughton Hall and our collection of unique Holiday Homes.

Our 3,000 acres offer an abundance of opportunities to connect to yourself, to nature and to each other. Enjoy local, seasonal food that is good for you and kind to the planet. Our plant based chefs can create bespoke menus that suit your unique requirements.

FILMING

With a 16th century Historic House, 3000 acres of varying landscape and a collection of characterful cottages and Estate buildings, it’s no wonder why we are so popular with production companies from around the world. Broughton has hosted numerous film and photography shoots over the last fifty years, with production companies repeatedly returning to the Sanctuary as a reliable and trusted collaborator.

We have a highly experienced team, solely concentrated on logistics for filming and events, ready to provide for your needs. Our five star service comes with efficiency and a courteous smile – enough to help even the most stressful of filming days.

With an array of furniture and props that can compliment any production, and a team on hand to assist with removals, garden and landscape requirements, construction and high access. A hard standing base connected to fresh water is also available.

Office space of all shapes and sizes is available on site, for traditional production use, kit or props storage, or even as space for set builds.

Broughton Sanctuary has access to swathes of unrestricted heather moorland, babbling brooks, meandering rivers, dense woods and rolling pastures, plus a secret waterfall. There is also 36 miles of private roadway, allowing exterior shoots to go ahead with ease.
